Content on this site is for general information about our renovation services. Project pricing, timelines, and scope are confirmed only in a signed written agreement between you and Cedar & Co Renovations.

No contractor relationship

Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a contractor relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written contract.

Estimates and pricing

Walkthrough quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise. Illustrative price bands on the services page are planning guides only. Permits, structural surprises discovered after permitted demolition, and owner-selected upgrades may change the final contract price through documented change orders.

Intellectual property

Text and design on this site belong to Cedar & Co Renovations unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or republish site content without written permission.

We may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party site content or policies.

Liability and insurance

We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage for work performed under our contracts. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes relating to contracted work are handled per the dispute clause in your project agreement.
