We started Cedar & Co because renovations in this city had become a game of disappearing trades and surprise invoices. We do it the other way: one lead, clear pricing, and a site you can still live in.

How we work
One lead carpenter owns your project from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. You always know who to call, what is happening this week, and what it costs.
We keep our schedule small on purpose. Fewer jobs at once means the people who quoted your project are the people on site building it.
We will also tell you when a timeline or budget is unrealistic. An honest no beats a messy yes.

We book and meet inspectors so you are not chasing paperwork mid-build.
